We require 48 hours notice to cancel a tour, and cancellations will be subject to a $10 per person cancellation fee. Any tours cancelled within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Each tour has a central meeting point. Custom or private tours will be picked up at a single location that has been communicated to us prior to the tour date.

It depends on the tour, but most last between 4 and 5 hours.

There will be lots of opportunity to taste and sample throughout the tour but there is no open alcohol permitted on the bus. There is lots of space to store purchases that you can enjoy after the tour!

Tour Animators work to make sure you and your group have the best experience. Although a tip is not required, if you enjoyed your tour tips for Tour Animators are accepted and appreciated.

Yes! Our Tour Animators are trained and can check I.D to ensure everyone on tour is of legal drinking and tour stops can and will also check I.D at each stop.

The whole tour provides an opportunity to taste and sample different beverages, so drinking beforehand is not recommended.
Any guests who are visibly intoxicated before starting a tour will not be permitted on tour.
During a tour, if a tour stop or Tour Animator determines a guest needs to be cut off, the decision will stand for the remainder of the tour. These policies protect the experience of other guests on tour as well as our relationships with our tour stops. -
YES! We suggest you eat a hearty lunch before joining us on tour! We provide a small snack during the tour only (unless the tour booked specifies otherwise).

Currently, a minimum of 6 people are required to run a tour.
Most of our vehicles seat 8 guests. We have one vehicle in Norfolk that can accommodate up to 12 guests, but availability is limited. If booking a group of 9-12, please call or email first to confirm availability.

In order to provide you with an amazing experience, we do require some advance notice in order to properly book a tour. Generally speaking, two weeks or more in advance is great! We can still try to accommodate requests made closer to the booking date, dependent on vehicle and Tour Animator availability.

Yes! The best way to provide a loved one with a tour is to get them a gift card. Our gift cards can be used for any tour, and can purchased in any amount! Then your family or friends can use the code provided towards their next booking. When you purchase your gift card online, you can enter your personal contact information and forward the gift card at your own discretion, or provide the recipient’s information if you would like it to be e-mailed directly to them.
