RESERVATION POLICIES:

Full payment is required at the time of booking your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please notify us by phone if you need to cancel or reschedule your tour. No refunds are provided for cancellations or re-bookings within 48 hours of departure. Cancellations or re-bookings made at least 48 hours in advance are subject to a $10.00/person fee. If you are late for your tour time we will do our best to get you onto the tour but you will not be eligible for a refund. If we cancel any trip due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided. We reserve the right to cancel any departure if we have insufficient reservations. We will do all we can to reschedule or accommodate guests reserved on any departure with insufficient reservations. On rare occasions, Ride the Bine reserves the right to change stops on tours based on availability of wineries and breweries. Please contact our staff if you have any questions..

Pick up/meeting location:

Upon confirmation of your tour you will receive details for pickup or meeting locations based on your tour. 
Guests must be 19 years of age or older to participate in tours. 
Please have lunch prior to your trip (if not included in your tour); light snacks will be provided.
Van/vehicle is not wheelchair accessible.
Gratuity Information:
Your guides will make every effort to see that your trip is informative, enjoyable and fun! Gratuities for guides are greatly appreciated and at your discretion, as a gesture of thanks for their professionalism and service.
